Founded in Dover, NH in 2014, Best Bake North America was built by owners with over 20 years of experience in the industrial baking industry. That hands-on background shapes everything we do — from how we develop our products to how we work with customers to solve real formulation challenges.
We focus primarily on micro-enzyme ingredients for industrial bakeries. Our Technology Center is dedicated to product research and development, giving us the ability to create ingredients that address your specific formulation needs as well as the broader needs of the industry as a whole.
